"Easy to make appointment online. Fast and efficient service when you show up. Check in using the kiosk and have your drivers license handy for the kiosk. Then have a seat and they will call you to the window in a few minutes and handle any payment that needs to happen. In a few minutes after that, they get you back there"
"I was able to make an appointment online, which was easy to do. However, I wish the instructions had been stated in the email. I had to call the LabCorp customer service line for instructions on how to make an appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and didn't have to wait but 15 minutes if that. Everything moved smoothly, and it wasn't overly crowded. Chelsea was professional, fast, and worked very hard getting people in and out."
"Site coordinator; Chelsea is good. But they always seems to have issues with staff collecting blood. They drew my blood and sent me home, couple days later again called me to re-collect my blood as they had trouble with the one collected earlier. Also, the staff drawing blood blew up my vien leaving me with a dark spot ;size of a quater on my arm!"
"This happened January 12 2023, they contacted me and said they've RETRAINED the tech. And they are not allowing my honest review. The check in process was a breeze. I was taken back fairly quickly. The technician was laughing and giggling the whole time saying she hates doing the hair test as she's no beautician. I completely agree. She took way more of my hair than was necessary and I feel traumatized and like she butchered my hair. I have reached out to labcorp with no response for over a week. If I can figure out how I'll add photos of the size sample and the space she basically scalped me."
