"If you are a smoker this is not the the place for you. They were told that me & my family smokes & they temporarily moved us to a smoking room then abruptly moved us to non smoking. Went on to say we were smoking in it so pay them extra good news though. After months of being here NOW they HAVE a smoking room but they are gonna charge 250 extra despite moving several other ppl into smoking rooms B4 me & my family. When it's already 375 a week for us to be here. I'm reporting this scam to the BBB soon. So if you smoke seriously it's a scam based off money. They will play games so that you can't get in contact with corporate. & Make it hard to even try to get in contact with them. A SCAM posing as a credible business."

"Words of advice for people who already stay at this place or are planning to stay there. I did stay here before. 1. Take pictures of the room before and after you check out of the room as your evidence for the condition of the room. 2. Make sure you get a receipt for each payment you make. Do not throw your receipts away. 3. If they start trying to get noisy about were your work or your income, simple tell them its private and personal. just be concerned with me paying for the room. 4. The neighborhood is quiet, but I have to be honest. It seem they had not professional cleaned carpet in years. Don't walk around without socks."

"It was an alright place to stay. I was there for 2 weeks while apartment searching. The room was not very clean but that was to be expected (I slept on top of the bed and bought my own cleaning supplies to sanitize)... I was told the area was not that safe but I stayed inside at night so I had no problems. There was a watchman at night. There were coin operated washers and dryers. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good place to stay temporarily, NOT long term or permanently."

"The management here is awesome on Lamar Ave. They have s gate and security guard and cameras inside the building. The staff our kind and helpful, especially if you have children. It is very quiet and clean. There is cable. You can also have delivery of food. If you don't want anyone to know where you are for peace sake, this is the place to book."
