"Management team absolutely does not care about the residents at this live in motel. Many there are the "Forgotten" souls. Leaking pipes to cracked ceilings and walls. Filth and bed bugs. Criminals lurking around at all hours trying to steal something. Drug addicts and alcoholics. Needs to be condemned."

"Welllllll you get what ya pay for, basically same hotel just with a fancy name, still the worn out dated rooms, carpet should def not be barefooted on and the neighbors are a little questionable, but on a budget and half to walk, then this is your place"

"It's so nasty here. I mean it looks nice on the outside but once you open the doors to the room . The smell is horrendous, the bed is lopsided and you will itch all night . I'm almost certain that there are bed bugs in the room I was in and I will KEEP AS MANY PEOPLE AWAY FROM THIS DUMP AS POSSIBLE"

"The management is horrible and very unprofessional. They are extremely rude and treat their customers like dirt. It’s a struggle to get them to fix anything as well as attempting to speak to them about how my payment changed throughout my stay. The manager’s response being, “ Well if you dont like it , you can pack your stuff and find somewhere else to stay.” They lie to other employees about your payments and they enter your room without consent. My sink has been leaking for over a month since my stay and it has yet to be fixed."
