"Doctor Roman is the kind of doctor that we all would hope for. Her skills are excellent. I've had two oral surgeries where she did an excellent job. She is engaged with her patients and always answers my questions with nothing but the truth. She doesn't "sugar coat" her answers to my questions. She tells you the truth, even if it's not what you're hoping to hear. In my experience, many doctors answer your questions, but, all too often, what you're told is not the whole story. Pun intended, it's often like "pulling teeth" to get the complete answer. She has a stupendous chair side manner. She listens to your questions or concerns, tells you your options and the costs and because she is people people, she gives you truthful answers. She is a doctor who is as good as you could ask a doctor to be!"

"Very professional office seemingly. However, Dr. placed three implants in front for a five-teeth bridge, wherever was easiest apparently, as the bridge was difficult to make because the teeth did not sit directly over any of the implants! Dentist had to plug and not use the center implant in order to get the five teeth aligned as aesthetically as possible. Just in it for the money or does she not understand the process?"

"Dr Roman is a delightful Doctor. Unfortunately their staff is poorly trained. If you are a veteran. Beware. They will fail to get an authorization prior to appointment and then try to shame you in paying bill up front. Knowing full well that doing so would complicate the process of having the VA pay your claim. Their staff assistance is absolutely hostile and will treat you like a second class citizen. Whether in person or on the phone. Avoid this place at all possible. zero respect for veterans."
