"Consistently unpleasant. Since moving to Jackson last summer, I've been to this theatre 5-7 times. The staff seems disinterested, and not particularly welcoming, and the food/popcorn has never been especially tasty. The larger problems are with the environment itself. The seats and floors are dirty, sticky, and gross, as you'd expect, but what is most upsetting, is the lack of care in any given film's presentation. In the example below, you can see curtains/debris obscuring the top of the screen, and what I couldn't capture was the constant white noise that plays over not only all of the commercials, but entire movie in our case as well. This theatre is not worth your money in its current state. I truly hope this isn't the case for much longer, but until someone who has any passion at all for the movie-going experience takes charge, I'll take my money elsewhere."

"I love going to the movie theater and Hollywood 16 Cinemas is a great place to go! Everyone is very friendly and the movie experience is great! The reclining chairs are very comfortable and I like being able to select what seats we would like to sit in before we go in. My husband and I had a great time this afternoon. I love watching movies!"

"I bought a ticket on Feb 29 for the 1400 March 1 showing of Dune2. Had seat C6. I say that because i am the only one who bought a ticket. I have proof on my credit card. No conformation was sent to my email. I tried calling. Just a recording. I tried sending a message via "contact us" message would not go through. Can someone please help me? I do not want a refund. I just want to be able to contact someone to fix issues PLEASE!!"

"I love this theater the seat are comfortable and it is my go to for viewing films. However today I went to see a film and it started glitching causing my party to miss 30 minutes of the film, reported to the manager on shift she said it is just a loose wire. It was at the climax of the movie. Over all it is a good place for a great price."

"Small and intimate seating but very comfortable. Went to the 2:20 pm matinee and bought a drink...large popcorn and 2 tickets only 24 bucks."
