"I purchased a microwave and refrigerator from Betty's variety Store. 3 weeks later the microwave stopped working. I called and asked for a refund or a replacement. I was told no to me that is not good customer service. So I am out of $35 plus tax for a microwave that only got to be used for 3 weeks. The store smells like nothing but cigarette smoke. I will never do business with them again. They are way too high on their prices. For customer service. Very unfriendly staff."
