"We didn't stay we got our money back and left. We was there about 10 mins and a bug crawled on the bed thank God we hadn't unloaded our bags yet we was just staying the night to be kid free me an my husband but not ever again."

"My son and I have just moved back to Arkansas from Alabama and my son was staying by the night or a cpl nights at a time, in which he was given a decent room, clean n such, but when I had to keep him there by the weeks....they changed him to a different room, that was purely trashed, it smelled awful, it was not clean (he isn't either) and there were "fist-punched" holes in the doors and walls, carpets were filthy but most of all, and worst of all....HE GOT EAT UP BY BEDBUGS !!! YES, I TOOK HIM TO A DR. WHO CONFIRMED THAT HE WAS BITTEN (EATEN UP) BY NASTY BED BUGS. SO TAKE YOUR CHANCES IF YOU SO CHOSE.....BUT I WOULD RATHER PAY DOUBLE THEIR RATE, SOMEWHERE ELSE, THAN HALF A NIGHTLY RATE FOR ONE OF THEIR ROOMS. ***WELCOME TO THE BED-BUG INN"... TRUMANN, ARKANSAS 08/10/2023 Also, don't let the motel staff fool you, nice people..?? I know they are not....they told me, my son had bed bugs when he checked in,...which is so a LIE, also, they honestly think they can get rid of BEDBUGS by dusting, vacuuming, WELL, I KNOW FOR A FACT, YOU CANNOT GET RID OF BED BUGS SO EASILY, AND THEY KNOW THEY HAVE THEM, BUT CHOOSE NOT TO HAVE PROFESSIONALS COME IN TO EXTERMINATE THEM. SO, NO....THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE, THEYRE ONLY NICE AS THEY STE TAKING YOUR MONEY. MY SON IS AUTISTIC, AND HAS NO IDEA (AT TIMES) ON HOW TO HANDLE SUCH MATTERS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS TICKED OFF, AT LEAST....BUT I DEFINITELY GOT HIM OUT OF THE "BED-BUG INN"."

"This place is a good place to stay. It was quite at night. Air conditioning worked well. Room had fresh paint. Carpet was clean. The owners are very nice people."

"We were going to stay there due to electrical outage and when we pulled the top blanket back there were atleast 5-6 different types of small bugs under the blanket. When we went to let the lady know and show her the video on my friends phone and pics she wanted to refund us everything except the taxes…. We had to argue to get a full refund which was ridiculous"

"During a pandemic like Covid19, one would think that a motel/hotel/inn would pay particular attention to cleanliness. However, I went with a friend there to check in and his room had a strong musty odor, there were still articles of clothing still in the drawers, dirt on the floor, and you had to hold the toilet handle down to flush and there was built up dirt in the corners on the floor."
