"Recently renovated, new flooring, new paint, bathroom was clean. Bedding was new. The bed was hard, but I like a soft bed. The pillows were small and only 2 per bed. I wish there had been a doormat inside so we could have wiped our feet. Man who checked us in was pleasant. The TV worked well, but I did not bring our code for Netflix. Mini fridge, hot water. Cost $95.00"

"My bride (of 33yrs) and I spent a night here, while on a 10 day trip through Ark. Mo. Tenn. looking for a new place to call home. 1) the folks running the place,,,Very kind and helpful at every turn. Polite and informative, of a high level of style and demeanor. 2) the Room,,, one of the nicest. and considerably LE$$.$$ We paid twice as much (at some stays) for marginaly "nicer". True No pool No Breakfast If you find yourself in need of a room These are good people, at a fair rate, for nicer room. SLEEP WELL"

"My husband and I own our own freight hauling business. We ended up having to overnight here in Camden. We were exhausted and frustrated. This place was an oasis for us!!! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who was working the front desk because she was so lovely and welcoming!!! This hotel was everything you could ask for. Our room was exceptionally clean. The linens were spotless. Great water pressure for showering and plenty of hot water. The location is fabulous. There are a couple of eating establishments directly next door. And...if those two places don't suit your tastes there are so many other choices within minutes!!! We would most definitely stay here again if we come this way."

"Very sorry place the pool is green the showers doesn't work sink stopped up mattress lumpy remote did not have batteries extremely rude management. And keep your money AND not fix any problems with the room no wonder they are cheap Best Western is the place to stay.And when you complain they make you leave and will not refund your money simply not right.And for the people that lost your money to these foreign scumbags contact the better business burro they will give your money back and close this dump."

"We went here because it was the only good semi-decent inn in all of Camden we were stopping here because we were on our way to my husband's work site we decided to stop for the night he got a call an hour and a half in saying that he needed to be to the site sooner than he thought and they would not refund us not even half of our money $109 for a room that has cigarette holes all in the bed, fleas and bed bugs. The owner speaks very broken English and is very rude when you ask for half your money or any of your money back and her excuses I work too when you ask for it back"
