"Went to Madame Web ,no heat,freezing cold. Stale popcorn ,flat soda, miserable. Last time I spend 28 bucks for tix and popcorn and coke, to freeze. I'll go to memphis or jackson. Atoka has shot its wad for sure"

"It was great! We were provided with exceptional service and went to see the movie, the theatre was clean and the movie was clear, concessions were good, the soda tasted a little weird but other than that it is a great service."

"The worst theater in the enire memphis metroplex. We bought our tickets early in the morning and showed up to watch the film Wish. When we got in the screen was off and you could only hear the sound. We were confused and reported it. So thinking they were ontop of it we waited inside the theater waiting for the screen to turn on, it never did. So after 30 min of waiting we went back to check on what was taking so long, they looked confused as if it was the first time we were bringing it to their attention. Again we waited patiently this time around it had been an entire hour total of the movie that we missed. I asked if they could start it over and I was told no because i bought my tickets after the showing. I informed then i got my tickets early in the am. The manager still refused to restart it. So i asked for a refund because i was not going to pay $40 for the ending of a movie. I will never go back to this movie theater, they serve stale cold popcorn and expired candy. It looked like it was being ran by minors without a clue."

"Great experience with the theater and staff every visit. Management addressed loud inconsiderate customers and unruly unsupervised kid’s. More of a community issue than a theater problem."

"Bought tickets on 11/9 and realized I never received the confirmation email or the tickets although I was charged. I called to explain the situation and someone answered the phone said, "I don't answer the phone," and hung up in my face. I tried calling back and no one answered. I reached out via the contact us section and never received a response. I disputed it with my bank and they declined the chargeback. I spent over $50 on tickets. I need the tickets or my money back."
