"I cannot express enough just how pleased I am with Donna's EXTRAORDINARY work. I have a couch with a chaise, I live in a small apartment and the chaise took up to much room. I did my research for people who did upholstery work near me. Thankfully I found Donna. I asked her about cutting the chaise cushion so I could have a couch with 3 cushions. I dropped it off and in a couple days she called me to say it was ready to pick-up. I am so pleased with her work and I urge anyone looking for upholstery work or furniture repairs, etc, please call Donna, she loves her work and definitely appreciates and cares for her customers. She will take care of you at a very reasonable price. She is one of the kindest and caring ladies you will ever meet. Not only did she take care of my issues I have made a lifetime friend. "Such an unfortunate experience from 2020/2021 time frame. I had Donna try to refinish a rocking chair and it was such a botched job. She was supposed to strip and repaint and repair portions of the rocking chair. The paint was laid on incredibly thick and left puddled in places and had drip marks in other spots. The paint wound up peeling in the spots where it was puddled. My main concern was having the lead paint removed and she left a spot intact for the sake of the design and told it me it “couldn’t possibly” test positive for lead. Not trusting this I purchased a lead test from Lowe’s and lo and behold it did. In addition, a majority of the repaired parts came undone with gentle use. When the rocking chair was refinished properly by someone else, original paint with the design was found under the paint Donna put on, which means she didn’t even strip it all the way. Donna did give me all my money back, for which I was very grateful, but rightfully so considering how botched the job was."

"I can not say enough about the wonderful work that Donna McLeod, the craftswoman, provided as she totally rebuilt my destroyed outdoor wicker rockers. The chairs looked to me like they were totally worthless after each piece of the wicker pieces were completely picked off in pieces by the squirrels. I searched to find someone to remake them as they were when I purchased them. I found Donna online and with hesitation trusted her to take them and bring them back to life for us! We can't believe that she was able to restore them back to the way they looked when they were brand new in 2003. The craftsmanship created from the hands of Donna Mcleod is truly amazing. She hand wove these two chairs back to life. We are so grateful for her detailed work, her paitience, her constant communication and responsiveness. She is truly one of a kind.
