"We rented the Milan Ritz 3 for a 16th birthday party, and it was a great experience. From the moment I reached out for information, we had zero problems and excellent communication. The staff working on the day of the party was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely do it again, and recommend it to anyone else wanting a unique party experience!"

"My grandma and I wanted to come watch the Barbie movie, but when I looked it said the movie was upstairs. My grandma is on oxygen and stairs are extremely hard for her I texted the lady and asked if she could move it downstairs, but unfortunately I asked a little too late. She offered to move it downstairs Sunday or Monday but I was not going to be up here. She then texted me later and told me that she would play the movie downstairs for my grandma and I. These people are so sweet and they have some of the biggest hearts. They are always there to make your movie experience great. Thank you ritz theater, for being so sweet."

"We met the owner(Mark) and he was amazing. He had so much history on this old theater it was awesome ( built in 1941). Not to mention the sound and picture was just like a new theater. And the seats were stadium and comfy. Will most definitely be making a return to this old theater. We saw the movie 47 meters down uncaged.. Plus the owner did something pretty outstanding for two new visitors who he found out were new to Greenfield TN and were visiting his town to watch a movie. Thank you Mark for the movie tickets for mom and I. It was definitely appreciated and a first for us both."
