"100% do not recommend this practice. It took several calls just to schedule an appt. They do not return phone calls when messages are left. I went in for my yearly only available appt. was with the NP. I didn't have a problem with that. My issue was when she asked if I had any questions; I had one and it was answered. I left with my question answered and felt good about everything. Fast forward I get a bill for that day. I was confused because my insurance covers yearly appt. I called Hendersonville obgyn and I was informed I was charged for keeping her in the room since I asked a question. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes. I spent more time in the waiting room and waiting for the other nurse to come in for the exam. I called my insurance to dispute because this should be covered by a well check. My insurance could never get them on the phone and now I have been sent to collections."

"Very convenient location. I've always had a pleasant experience here. There can be a really lengthy wait time and that's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. Great practice. Great physicians."

"Don’t really understand the bad reviews My appointment started promptly on time. My medical assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My examination was done comfortably and quickly. The nurse practitioner was kind, patient, professional, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend."

"I love Hayley and Tara. I wish they could deliver my baby. I feel as if they're better than Cavasin and care more about the patients. My biggest complaints is wait times. My appts are usually late day(3-3:30), and I usually don't get out of there before 5p.m. I am a high risk pregnancy, with many concerns and anxiety surrounding pregnancy. Hayley will actually sit there and talk and reassure me, while Cavasin will brush it off as "normal". Cavasin also has a need to repeatedly tell birthing mothers that she wants to "educate" if it goes against common medical interventions. Like "no pitocin" or "hep lock only". If it was my choice, I'd do a freebirth, but unfortunately I cannot. Cavasin is GREAT at listening to you about birth control though. I told her I wanted nothing permanent, nothing inside me, and nothing hormonal so she recommended Phexxi which worked like a charm until I was ready for pregnancy."

"I’ve been dissatisfied since I started going here, but didn’t feel the need to leave a review until I just got a collections notice for a $20 bill that I paid. It’s usually disorganized and I do not feel like the practitioner I saw had a clue what she was doing. She misdiagnosed and mistreated a problem on two different occasions. On top of not receiving appropriate treatment, I was billed by mail for a copay that I could have paid when I was there but was not given the option. I didn’t get the letter until they called me, but apparently they had already taken the time to have a debt collections company contact me over $20. This place is a horrendous excuse for a medical practice and I will be searching for new care immediately."
