"Fair prices but the rooms could use some updating. The owners are very nice and accommodating but hard to understand sometimes. Better price than the other motels in town."

"It's like renting a room in the hood. Old, run down, foreigner managed or owned. One room I seen was rented out monthly by a older retired alcoholic man and the room was unsanitary. It smelled of urine and the man rarely flushed the toilet or bathed. I witnessed this."

"If you're in Russellville KY and need a room, go here. Some of the nicest people I've met. Very comfortable bed and a microwave that could burn a bag of popcorn in under a minute. Very quiet and clean place. I have to go back I have the key to room 23 in my possession I'll go back for sure, I've got a chance at a free night stay and return the key in the morning thing to handle. Like doing the right thing. Keep in mind that these rooms are in no way comparable to let's say a Howard Johnson or Windom by Marriott. It's a really good room that is very economical."

"Nasty drawers missing , carpet was black and toliet was leaking , tv is old , the microwave never worked and it's not worth 65$ believe me ! It's horrible and nasty but friendly owners !"
