"I have called several times, different times of day. They pick up phone and immediately put it on hold. Then never answer it. . . Do you all ever answer the phone? Currently still on hold going on 12 minutes this time."

"My daughter is pregnant with her first baby, (my) first grand baby. As exciting, meaningful, and intimate first ultrasounds tend to be, it was ruined. The tech, Angela Parker, I believe, is her name, rude as hell! Rather than having any sort of upbeat or positive inflection, her words were sharp. She answered questions as if the room was full of idiots that should know the answer already, and truly didn't want to be bothered. Imagine this: a 55+ year old female intake officer at a juvenile correction center. Each time a question is asked, the response is made with zero eye contact, zero enthusiasm, zero empathy, and pure annoyance. Yes. That is exactly the sort of job this tech should be doing. However, here she is, slamming the joy and excitement of being able to see your baby/grand baby for the first time. Politeness should be a requirement when your job requires human interaction."

"My problem isn’t the Radiologist, in fact, she’s always great. My problem is with the 4-5 front desk employees. I’ve been here 4 times in the last 4 years and every time I approach the front desk I become invisible. No one says, hi, or it’ll be a moment. There is no greeting whatsoever. I have to speak first. And instead of immediately asking my name , they ask what I’m there for? I shouldn’t have to tell them out loud in front of other patients that I’m there for a mammogram. These front desk folks need to learn some manners. If they’d ask my name first then they would know what I’m there for."

"I typically have great experiences with premier but as of today 2/8/23 around 8:15 AM I did not. My doctor sent me downstairs to visit the imaging center. I go down there approach the counter and no one says a word to me. I’m literally a foot away from their face and they are busy showing each other things on their phones and doing everything to avoid eye contact. A simple “I’ll be with you in just a moment” would have done the trick. But flat out ignoring someone is just unprofessional. Then after a few minutes of just standing there waiting for someone to address me, someone lifts her head and snidely talks to me. Who ever they have on the imaging desk as of this moment sincerely needs training on customer service. The people over on the blood work side of the table were very kind to everyone they addressed. The left aside of the counter needs an attitude adjustment and some proper training."
