"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. After multiple attempts to get someone on the phone, driving to the location to attempt to find out when I could have lab work done, this location is the absolute worst. There is zero customer service on their part. We left voicemails and attempted to call several times without any correspondence just to confirm availability for lab draw. When I arrived at 0800, multiple people were there waiting as walk ins. The stuff advised they “ are short staffed” and it would be by appointment only. When asked about not being able to answer the phone for over a week and explain this, the response was “sorry, we are short staffed.” When asking about specifics regarding the lab work needed, the staff advised they didn’t know when 2 part lab draw needed to be scheduled and were unsure on how far apart they could be drawn. Multiple people turned away after this experience today! What a shame."

"This company disregards their clients time spent to travel there. They lack consideration of their clients. They post business hours that they do not abide by. I took off of work to come and get labs done their business hours polls close at 12 PM. I arrived at 11:40 and was turned away and did not service although there were clients remaining in the lobby. Bad business. we expect better .not acceptable."

"I arrived right before 1 when they reopened from lunch break. I was in and out. Eugene was AWESOME! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Thank you, Eugene, for helping my visit go smoothly."

"The employees who work here are awesome, but... The company is trash. They are willing to run their employees into the ground, generating corporate profits at the expense of over-worked employees who are unable to even answer the phone. The corporation doesn't even have the proper systems in place to ensure the appropriate vials are present for appointments Labcorp allows customers to schedule with them. We tried calling 5x times to confirm if vials would be present for the appointment. No one would answer, which isn't a surprise given that there are barely any employees working there. The few employees that are working are running from appointment to appointment, generating profits for Labcorp, at the expense of customer service. No fault to the employees at all, I'm sure Labcorp would fire them if they weren't generating enough revenue from this location. If you have an appointment here, I strongly recommend stopping by the location ahead of time to confirm whether Labcorp will even ensure the appropriate supplies are available for your scheduled appointment. This is a phenomenal example of how locally-owned businesses dependent on quality customer service and referrals have been replaced with corporations who don't care about wasting your time or providing any form of quality service because they are more concerned with extracting every possible dollar from the citizens unfortunate enough to require the service this corporation provides."

"A lot of bad reviews, but I made my appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early and was seen at the appropriate time. Sure the lab tech/nurse could have been more friendly, but business is business. Get in, get out, get on with your life. It's not their fault if you aren't prepared to pee in a cup. It's gonna happen multiple times in your life. Get used to it."
