"Came in for a size swap i had a Travis Scott 9.5 needed a size 9 which they had. They wanted 100$ when my 9.5 goes for more than a size 9. They tried to say my shoes were used but when inspecting their pair they had a bunch of imperfections which I questioned the authenticity in the pair they had which they had listed for a thousand dollars. I asked what proves your shoes are authentic they had no answer. I’m pretty sure they are selling fakes shoe looked really bad quality glue on shoe between sole and the shoe suede looked off too. Beware before buying shoes from this establishment overpriced and poor quality"

"I came to visions on black Friday and the workers were disgusting. I had patiently waited in line before opening with a group of friends for at least an hour excited to but some clothes. After sometime i went to the bathroom with a fellow friend and when we came back there were claims that we had never been in line. After feuding back a forth with the workers defending my innocence we were eventually kicked out of line. This had truly stabbed my feelings as I had wasted over and hour in like just to be kicked out due to false accusations. This overall ruined black Friday experience as the workers couldn’t give some simple understanding and common sense towards the situation."

"There is no way the 5 star reviews are real! Shoes are horribly overpriced. Expect to pay $500 per pair. I found the exact same shoes at footlocker and shoe palace for $199, in the same mall. Customer service needs improvement, especially when your competitors sale for less. The younger salesman super pleasant. The older man, unapproachable."
