"Most good reviews are old. I was immediately asked if I was looking for bourbon. I advised yes but was really just looking, nothing pressing. When I engaged with the person running the place that night I was told they don't price gouge so they are limited in selection. When I tried to empathize citing terrible allocation methodology I was met with and quote, "I'm not interested in talking about it. I only care eith what makes money." I understand that but the his statement but what was said up front is an oxymoron, and just bad business. DON'T BUY! Overall terrible experience"

"I go out of my way to visit Fountain City Liquor and Wine. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The selection is pretty good too! They almost always have what I need when I'm making a new cocktail but if it's something really unusual, I call ahead to see if they have it."

"I walked in the door and was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and hello! That’s always nice, especially since a lot of people in retail act like you’re bothering them to support their business. The store is very clean, has a large selection and really good prices. The young lady at the register was very friendly and she offered to help me find anything I needed. I asked about a few of the wines and she was very helpful and knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. Definitely will go back."
