"First off this place had the music so loud you literally couldn’t hear anything! Second, they had a sign on the beer door $13.99 for Montucky Cold Snacks 12-pack. However, when he rang me up it was $19.99. I told him about the price and he said “it’s because it is from a liquor store” which made no sense. He then asked me to show him the price on the door which I did. He tried to say that was the price for the 6-pack. Little does he know I use to work for a beer department at a liquor store and Montucky has NEVER been $20 for a 12 pack! Needless to say he was not only rude but obviously price gouging!!!! Avoid! Oh his whiskey was over priced too! Just FYI"
"Always a new offering in the beer case. I enjoy trying different things. Staff is very friendly and recently they helped me with an issue, I had with a purchase. Good people"
"The phone call I made yesterday and was yelled at for asking if they had the Busch Light Apple Beer in stock... that IS a beer, sir. Look it up. And that was my one and only call to your store (I assure you I will not call again or ever give you any business because of how hateful you were). You say you heard someone laughing in the background when I called you... if you heard anything at all it would have been my 8 month old playing in the floor next to me, as I was calling around trying to find this beer for his daddy. You say you have stuff you can post to justify why you were so incredibly rude to me... please do sir! I would love if you can share our conversation so people will hear how polite I was to you and how rude you were to me. You're also welcome to share your call log and show how I called one time only, not multiple times as you claim. It seems as though maybe multiple people are actually just looking for this limited release limited supply beer from Busch - this is also the last year they are releasing it. I called CNG yesterday as well, and not only were they kind but they were also helpful to try to tell me when to check back after their next delivery to see if they get more. They will have my business AND my positive review, whether they get any more of that beer in stock or not."
"If I could give negative stars, I would! I called just now to ask if they had any of the Busch Light Apple in stock, and whoever answered proceeded to yell at me and tell me he has my name and number and if I call again he will start calling me in the middle of the night. I politely explained this was the first time I had called and I was just trying to see if they have something in stock, and he yelled at me again. He said there is no such thing as Busch Apple (there is, limited time only). Absolutely crazy! Please don't give them your business."
"I visited Beer Depot today and it was a waste of time. I asked the woman behind the counter if they sold any beer kegs. She was confused and I had to ask again and again. Finally she told me that they did have kegs. I told her again that I would like to purchase one but wanted to see the different sizes. I also told her I was interested to know if they sold an empty beer keg (TV show prop) and she just couldn't answer my question. She also didn't know what a pony keg was. I finally left because she was just so confused. I consider myself to be very liberal and cultural, but if you work in a beer store and someone asks you if they have a keg, you better know enough English to answer that basic question."
