"Our child has been attending Learning Zone Veterans since she was 4 months old (now is 3 years old). We have had a wonderful experience here. Choosing to send your baby/child to childcare is a very personal decision and is a difficult one to make. While our journey in childcare has not always been easy, the current staff at this Learning Zone is truly exceptional. While all childcare institutions experience challenges and change at some point in time, we feel as though this location’s leadership has caring for the children and staff as the primary focus—how it should be! I have felt important and appreciated as a parent as well. Expectations are clearly communicated and consistent. The cost of any quality childcare is incredible, but Learning Zone has proven to be of great value. I appreciate all that my daughter is learning. And now that she is very talkative, I get to enjoy hearing about her days at Learning Zone! She is able to tell me about her friends and teachers and is able to communicate positive and negative experiences to me. I have yet to come across a situation that I felt like should have been addressed differently or not addressed when it should have been. However, if I needed to discuss any issue, I feel welcome to do so by the director and assistant director and would have no hesitancy in doing so!"
