"I am a Grandmother and both of my Grandchildren attended ACC. My Granddaughter attended in 2009 and had 5 good years with ACC. Ms. Mena was the director and ran a very tight ship. She hired a good staff that genuinely cared for the welfare of the children. During those years there was creative and academic instruction. My granddaughter was reading full sentences by the age of 3. Well organized holiday parties and in school field trips. In 2014 my Grandson attended under the supervision of Ms. Mena, but unfortunately she retired in 2016 and everything went downhill from there. A new director was assigned, Karen Caruthers. ACC was never the same. Tuitions randomly go up without sufficient notice and yet the parking area has pot holes big enough to break the axle on your car. The staff is nothing but a babysitting crew and not very good at it. Calling children names when they don't follow instruction and degrading them in front of other children and staff. Under this direction this is NOT the school you want your child attending!"

"I love this daycare, everyone is super friendly. The director Ms. Karen is super sweet an the co director Mrs. Denise, they greet you with a smile and a Good Morning every morning. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking to put their babies in a safe, clean daycare. All the teachers are super sweet an keep you updated on your child's accomplishments."

"I learned of A.C.C. when my ex's son went there. He loved going. He was there for two years. I referred my mom to take my nephew. He went there for several years and loved it. Now my son is going. The staff is very friendly, and sweet. They help my son potty train. They also work with his food allergies as well. I'd recommend this daycare to anyone."

"Miss Mena (the Director) and the American Child Care staff have been AMAZING!!! Even when I first toured the center, the young lady giving me the tour had an excitement and a love for children that instantly made me want to enroll my son (and I was just a walk in). My son went there briefly after he turned 1. Due to him having some health issues at the time, I had to remove him. I returned him to the daycare maybe 4-5 months after removing him. They embraced my son with open arms. My son, at the time was speech delayed and had other issues. Miss Mena, Miss Denise and the rest of the staff did everything in their power to ensure that my son was thriving. It was later discovered that my son was Autistic. Miss Mena allowed outside therapists to come in and to have sessions with my son. Now at the age of 3, my son is still in their care. He is being challenged on a daily basis, and is currently meeting milestones that I don't think he would have met at any other center. More importantly, he LOVES going. He wakes up every morning asking is we are going to see Miss Mena and Miss Denise. I trust this center so much, that my second child, an infant, is now attending. I also love the fact that I can visit the center any time I want. I did this from time to time after my son first started there. Even when I just "pop up", every thing is decent and in order. I can't speak for anyone else, as I do not know their experiences first hand, but I would recommend American Child Care to any parent, ESPECIALLY a parent of an infant, or a child with developmental delays. My son's growth and success is widely attributed to ACC."
