"These are VIOLATIONS from the Mississippi Department of Health Childcare Facility Inspections March 15, 2018 – On this day the facility failed to maintain adequate staffing at all times to cover each classroom. According to the report made available to the public, there were 16 children unattended in classrooms #1 and #2. A monetary penalty was issued for $800.00 March 15, 2018 – The playground swings needed clamps replaced and s hooks tightened. March 15, 2018 – During an inspection, smoke detectors had to be fixed onsite by the director. June 1, 2018 - A monetary penalty of $200.00 was issued for over room capacity March 27, 2019 - The facility failed to self-report a serious occurrence of a child being left in a building unattended from 7 AM to 2 PM. May 2, 2019 - Representative(s) from the Mississippi State Department of Health conducted an investigation. Findings of this investigation provided evidence that the facility failed to comply with regulations as stated in the Regulations Governing Licensure of Child Care Facilities. A monetary penalty of $550.00 was issued."
