"I love this center. My child is in the school-age class and she is always excited to go. The transportation to and from school is so helpful for working parents. She stays busy with different activities so she doesn't even notice that she's not on a screen. The staff is so nice and welcoming that I feel like family. Can't brag enough about this center!"

"My son has been at this daycare since he was two years old. Previously he had been to two other daycare centers and this daycare really erased all my worries. Kayla was one of the teachers for my son, and she really made sure I was comfortable with leaving my son in their care. She communicated on the regular and my son absolutely loves her. Kayla is now the assistant director and truly cares about each child in her center and quickly resolves any issues a parent may have. Kayla is always at work, which makes parents easily mistaken her for the actual center director (SHE SHOULD BE). The staff cares SO much for the kids and are always going above and BEYOND for them. I felt like my son was at home away from home while I was at work, which surely left my mind at ease. If you are looking for a center that actually teaches and cares/love your child. Please consider this Southaven location!"

"Our daughter has been to 3 daycares since she was born - 2 of which are Kindercare (due to moving) and Southaven Kindercare is BY far THE best center we have been to. And so worth the price! Trina and her staff care SO much for the kids and are always going above and BEYOND for them. The number of activities and offerings - they are Investing in our kids - going above and beyond to help them as they grow and develop! If you're looking for somewhere for your kid - look no further!"

"We started at Southaven KinderCare in December of 2020. The director and assistant directors are all very nice and keep the place running smoothly. Upon deciding on KinderCare, I stopped another parent in the parking lot and asked them if they liked it. The mother I spoke to said she loved it there. So I gave them a shot. My child is happy there and enjoys the teachers and meeting new friends. Overall I give them 4 out of 5 stars. Due to COVID-19, I don't think they are able to do the normal activities for the children but are trying their best to keep the kids occupied and having fun while still learning."

"I have reached out multiple times to inquire about where my son is on the wait-list after dropping off a get-to-know you form in January. I have emailed and called. No one ever returns my calls or my e-mails. I did get one response from CB that said she would add him to the list. For such a prestigious daycare in the area, one would expect a more professional experience. My husband called today, and he was told my son is not even on the list. It's a blessing to be treated this way now versus when my child actually made it into the school. Hopefully the staff will treat the next potential clients more appropriately."
