"As mentioned in other reviews... this center bribes parents for the 5 star reviews.. I was one of those parents because I enjoyed this place BEFORE his teacher, the director, and assistant director all quit in the same month! The owners two daughters, Courtney & Amanda (acting directors) have completely ruined this place. We used to be greeted by Alesha (old director) with smiles and acknowledgment. Now when you walk in, you're not greeted at all.. half of the time no one is at the desk and if they are.. They act like they are too busy to notice you (Amanda) or are constantly having conversations on their personal phone (Courtney). If you want to be able to communicate with your directors... this is not the place for you. There were multiple occasions where I would reach out and never got a response. We even sat down with Courtney and discussed our concerns we were having.. not a single thing was done. Although these two women are the biggest reason this place sucks.. it's not the only reason. The lead toddler teacher is great, but she's the only one. You can literally sit outside the building and watch the older kids classroom teacher do absolutely nothing but sit and eat in front of the kids. The floaters are worthless and just bodies. This place would hire anyone off the street just to have some kind of help.. You can pay the same amount if not less (because this places charges if you drop your kid off before 8am) at a way better facility. If you want a good daycare for the same price.. pass up TLE and drive right down the road to The Academy at Indian Lake Village because this place is not it!!"

"Beware!!! This place pays (bribes parents) for the 5 star reviews so none that you read are truly valid! Ms Alesha and Ms Rachel have both quit (recently in the same week) and no longer work at this facility… for a reason! My sons teacher also quit (also in the same week) and the new “leadership” never notified us… we had to find out on our own. Ms Kathleen is really awesome! Every other person who works there is completely rude and worthless. You walk in and no one talks to you, no one is ever at the front desk, the “floater teachers” are rude and do nothing more then play an iPad for the kids. Worst part is that the new “leadership” is just the owners silver spoon daughters who do not communicate and have 0 idea how to run a daycare like this. This place is a business through and through… as long as your check clears that’s all that matters… they don’t care about the kids"

"We have loved our experience so far with The Learning Experience. Ms. Alesha (director) and Ms. Rachel (assistant director) are always present and available and have been quick to answer any questions we may have. They do a wonderful job making sure the facility is warm and inviting and ensuring that they know each family and child personally. Our kiddo loves going here! Ms. Christina cooks great food and we know our child is getting a balanced meal that he enjoys. We love TLE!"

"We have had a great experience at this daycare. The administrator Alesha hood is very transparent and has an open door anytime I have a question. She is very present in the daycare. We appreciate how hard she works for the parents to feel comfortable. At the front desk we are always greeted by Rachel and or Kyle. They are very easy to talk to and thorough in their jobs. They always have a smile on their faces. We feel happy every time I walk in the door."
