"I went to another Jiffy lube n was told they didn't have my filter n said sorry, went to this location and was told they didn't have the oil n filter for my vehicle BUT said if I could wait, they'd order it and do the oil change... much needed oil change, so I was very grateful and content with the service"

"Not the jiffy lube service that I am used to getting bad experience from when I got there waited about 15 minutes before I got any help then she tells me to drive in the garage I have never been told that. Worst experience ever I have dealt with at a jiffy lube. They didn’t top off my fluids make sure after you from you check your fluids no air check as well no vacuum nor windows clean. Until next time jiffy time to look for another oil change company ."

"Upon arrival, I immediately felt an unwelcoming feeling. I came an hour before closing, and they employees working did not say one word to me. I noticed they were annoyed that cars were still coming in. The employee rushed the job and wasn't even going to reset my computer for the oil change until I reminded him. My visit was very unprofessional and I won't be visiting again."
