"Please do not bring your car here. The level of back and forth I’ve went through is so disappointing. The receptionist or main mechanic guy is named Ordell. engages in negative business practices, and when I asked why my entire transmission went out after replacing the spark plugs, he got loud and accused me of lying and told me they “fix those problems” and I know nothing about cars. Mind you, I drive a 2005 Volkswagen Beetle and take care of my car to the bone- after I changed the spark plugs because I reached the mileage recommendation, I chose this spot because they let me use a coupon I received in the mail + good reviews from yelp. After I got my car, there was shaking throughout the entire vehicle. At this point I called because maintenance comes with warranty. I had no problems calling and asked if I could bring my car back. Instead of explaining to me any reason for the shaking after replacing the spark plugs, I was charged a new amount in changing the spark plug wires. I went to pick up my car and immediately after I got in my car to drive off, Ordell (the mechanic) let me the know the car was still shaking and that I needed a motor mount (a new problem I’ve never dealt with even after staying up to date with my diagnostics. I leave because I start realizing this place accepts jobs without proper knowledge of all vehicles. The next day my car still has slight shaking and while im driving, the car won’t accelerate any longer. I call and Ordell tells me over the phone that they changed the spark plugs good so I have no reason to bring it back. After getting a 2nd & 3rd opinion on the car, I was told the shop didn’t do a good job replacing them and I should have them do it again. I explained this to Ordell in person when I went to take my car back and instead of cooperating he told me I would have to pay a $95 diagnostics test. BUSINESS ETHICS. Instead of walking me through the problem and explaining options or what happens, he gets loud and tells me my car has problems and it’s not their fault. I never had these problems with my car and now these things are happening. It’s unfortunate that I dealt with a faulty business and I would advise anyone to go anywhere else. You’re better off not dealing with this place."

"Honest service. Didn't give me the run around like other shops do for my old car (1981 BMW 320i). Takes longer to test but that is California's fault, not the shop. Gave me 2 hour estimate and called me on time when it was ready."

"I love this place. These men have looked out for me and Tamale [my car], countless times in the 3 years that I have owned my vehicle. They never make me feel like a damsel in distress when getting services done. They have always been straightforward and honest about costs and services rendered. I have never returned for half done work and don't feel cheated once I have to give up the cash. Never had a complaint! They even loaned me a car once! I needed an o2 sensor replaced and my car gave me hell for it. About 7 minutes before closing on a Friday, I managed to catch the owner keying in the alarm code. He stopped, let me in, diagnosed my car and sent me home with a vehicle for the weekend. My business will forever remain here because they actually care about and build a rapport with their clientele. I have and will continue to refer any and everyone to them. Ask for Mr. Obed. He's my fave! Tell him the security guard with the Malibu sent you! He'll know its me!"
