"I took my truck to retested. They asked for my receipt. They didnt give me a receipt. They only gave me a smog check vehicle inspection report (VIR). The man told me it is not acceptable and I would need to bring a receipt. I asked him to look up my receipt on the computer. He said he doesnt keep records on the computer, not copies on file of payment for anybody. He also said if no receipt is brought then I would have to pay again. This is unfair and unethical and against the law for not obeying state smog check requirements. Please use another Smog Test Location and save yourself the headache."
