"Sign on door says open Monday - Saturday till 6 pm and Sunday till 4 pm, tire to pay fees a couple of times on 1-32-24 and no one was there. If you call to make your payment they charge a fee for doing so over the phone which isn't right when no one is in the office. The fees keep going up at least 2 to3 times a year and for what reason I have no clue."
