I'm happy because I tend to dread smog checks and procrastinate with my busy schedule, but Kevin is amazingly accommodating and makes this process so much easier. He was able to fit me in prior to his next appointment immediately after I called to schedule. Since there was someone ahead of me, the entire process took less than 30 minutes; however, I was able to take care of what I needed same day without having to leave my car.
