"Came here because I thought I had seen a sign advertising Adblue. Asked at the window and they didn't know what I was talking about so I told them and they said they didn't sell that and then pointed to a spot with additives. At this time, one of the workers was just saying stuff, mostly about me and cussing...like f word every other word. So, I told her I could hear her and she said (in a very condescending manner) that she knew because the window was open. So, this is acceptable behavior for your employees? Saying nasty things and cussing at customers you "know" can hear you? Got her name and will do a complaint directly to store. Don't come here if you want to be treated like a human being."

"I come here every week and I am always pleased with the service I receive. The staff is friendly, and the pumps are pretty clean. This gas station is almost always full of people either pumping or buying stuff so you might have to wait a bit. They just launched a rewards program so the savings will be even greater, all you have to do is give your phone number at the register when you pay and sign up after formerly online or on your phone."

"They don't deserve a star. The employees are rude and very slow. I tried using my card with money on it and it was declined. I checked my balance before using it and I had money on it. The cashier said It was declined. I called and I had a zero balance. I called my bank and was told the transaction went through. The cashier took my money. I will never shop there again and I will post this on every social media site I can. Murphy's gas station sucks and the employees are very rude and slow. I've been there before and had to wait like 10 minutes in line while the employee was on a personal phone call. I also will tell all my friends not to shop there also. This was in Springfield TN store #6787. I also called the corporate number and talked to someone and they were asshokes about it. I also ran out of gas on the way home because they took the last of my money. Not happy at all."
