"Promotion has been going on for awhile . any blue tag in the store gets an additional 20% off . i’ve been eyeing some woman vapor max for awhile so i went in today to purchase the one with a $79 blue tag on them . The sales advocate rings them up and it was $129 . he said he wasn’t sure why the tag was on the shoe ( the tag was on another pair of vapor max as well ) but he said he couldn’t do the additional 20% off like they are advertising but could price match it . very disappointed and i feel like they are false advertising. i went ahead and purchased the shoe because like i mentioned i had been eyeing the shoe for awhile and i’m always in the store buying shoes for my kid . so i paid $86 for the shoe versus an additional 20% off like they were advertising . BAD BUSINESS . Take the tags off if that’s not what’s really going on and not to mention it was the last one in the store on display he could’ve gave me that 20% off"

"I went to buy a gift and there were 2 males and a girl employees. The older male was helping someone else, and the girl was stocking so the younger male came to help me but I felt as I was bothering him. He didn't say anything just stood there, when I asked him for a size he made this look as if I was bothering him. The older male noticed his behavior and started a conversation with me, very nicely. At the end I just paid and said thank you, the younger male didn't say anything and didn't bother to give me the pair of shoes, I had to grab them. It's a nice place besides that rude employee but I'm not coming back, so awkward."

"I came Saturday afternoon all the way from el cajon cause I love the shoes here and usually customer service is always good but today the guy that helped me had literally no customer service skills and obviously showed he did not want to be there. So disappointed I just ended up leaving."
