"We got there little past 9pm and got seen right away. Nurses were great with my toddler. The dr was awesome and my little boy was very comfortable when they cleaned his cut and fixed him up. It was a great experience and I would definitely go back"
"We had a great experience taking our little one here. The staff was so nice and helpful. The doctor was thorough and took plenty of time with us. We didn’t feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this place!"
"Had to take both my boys there, and the experience was wonderful. This was our second time coming here, and when needed, I will certainly be back. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, and patient, considering my boys were loud and being very much kids. We saw Dr. Sadler who was great. He was super with the boys, kept them engaged and calm, and made it almost fun. He was also quick, but thorough; which I appreciated. Definitely feel good about coming here if you're considering it."
"I am not happy with the services from this clinic. I have taken my 7 year old here twice. Each time he was misdiagnosed and on one occasion the doctor was extremely rude to him. A 7 year old can be scared of getting COVID and flu tests. The doctor, WITH A 7 year old, being scared, literally told him “I don’t have time for this” and left the room impatient at a child. Just recently this week I took him here again on Monday. I was told my son did not have a sinus infections and was fine despite my concerns of him coughing a lot and previously being sick. The “treatment” that was suggested was no antibiotics because “kids rarely have sinus infections” (despite his pediatrician treating him multiple times for sinusitis) and that he sounded fine and instead of cough syrup that I should give him honey. Two days later he continues to get worse and I took him to a doctor that actually cared about his well being only to find out he had a bad sinus infection AND bronchitis. The misdiagnosis and previous rude treatment to a 7 year old is appalling to say the least."
"We were lucky because they weren't very busy when we got there. We didn't check in online, though that is an option. We just walked in and they were able to see us quickly. The receptionist was very friendly while checking us in. When we were called back, the nurse was also very friendly. The doctor came in and was able to remove the foreign object from my son's ear with ease. He was nice and joked around with my son while removing the object, which kept my son relaxed. This was a very positive experience for us."
