He provided great insight with a number of conditions from my read, he identified and also recommended a few whole food products they offer to help address each one, reiterating I was under no obligation to purchase anything. There was a young lady there who helped with notation so all the details were captured for me to review later. Jennifer at the front store was very friendly, professional and courteous. "I found Bruce Howard to be very unprofessional. He spoke for close to 30 minutes on his reflexology "findings". Who could remember everything he said? He needs to have a sheet listing all of the points he checked, with his "findings" written beside each one. I purchased cherry juice concentrate and Q-Carb 16 (both found much cheaper on the Internet). I told him I had many allergies and he never discussed the ingredients in Q-Carb 16 with me. I had a terrible reaction because I'm allergic to black pepper and tumeric. He said to take six tablespoons of the cherry juice concentrate per day,, which was far too much and I had stomach pains and upset stomach from it. I called to talk to him about it and was told he was finishing with a patient and would call me in five minutes. He didn't call and when I called back and tried to talk to him again about what had happened to me, they were closed for the day. I called the following Wednesday and again,I was told he'd call. He didn't call and when I called back several times, they wouldn't answer the phone. I believe my number was blocked. What a waste of time and money, driving from Brentwood TN!"
