"We enjoy eating at many different places in the area. It was our first time at Rose Park Bistro and loved it. So much that we have decided it was our favourite meal of 2023. The dishes were beautifully put together and tasted amazing. In fact we have spoked several times about the experience since. The decor was relaxing and modern with great jazzy music. The service attentive. The price was fair. We will be back for sure."

"This place is awesome! The food and drinks were delicious, and the service was perfect. We went there on a Sunday at 11 so it wasn't busy. Our server was Angel, and she was very attentive without being pushy. The bubble bliss cocktail was fun and yummy! Seafood paella did not disappoint, and the chocolate lava cake was the perfect finish. We will definitely be back and bring friends next time!"

"I came in to get some drinks at 9 pm, an hour before they closed, but they told me they were going to be closing early. I told them I'd just stay for 30 min, then leave. I was only able to order one drink, which was the Berry Best Mojito, but it was good. I'll definitely come back at an earlier time and try out more drinks and some food, then update my review. The menu is very unique, but I feel it's a little overpriced. The manager and staff were friendly and respectful. Amber did a great job making my drink. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and looks upscale. It can be a little chilly, and parking can be difficult to find."

"I have been waiting for this restaurant to open and wow, what amazing service, venue and food. Julia is the hostess and she greeted us right away in the most softest and calming voice. Took us right to our table where Lexi immediately came by and introduced herself as our waitress. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us a few of her top picks. I had the Beet Salad and Airplane Chicken entree, which was so tender and flavorful it truly melted in my mouth. My bf had the mushroom Risotto, asparagus soup and butter leaf salad. Both dishes were so amazing and reasonably priced. The thing that really stood out was the attentiveness of the entire staff from Julia, Lexi, to the young lady who filled our waters, and the staff who cleared our plates. What a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back!"
