"Very cute little park to stop at passing through Rocky top."
"We went and let our grrandkids olat and then went innside (which is aged and very dated) and watched TLW wrestling. Nice little spot away from the road for the kids to play and be safe."
"my niece had her graduation party here, and the younger kids played basketball in the gym good place for a part."
"I once saw a girl here back in 68 who was half bear and half cat. I swear she was wild as a mink, but sweet as a soda pop. I still dream about it sometimes."
"1/12/22 - The community center includes a couple decently sized meeting rooms that could seat about 20 people, and indoor gymnasium, new outdoor jungle gym, single softball/baseball field combined with the football field, a couple hoops & jogging skating track. There's also a small trail to the shallow river that leads to a grass field for the annual fireworks show & summer events. I haven't been inside the main building in a year or two, but last I checked the basketball court was badly warped from being unprotected when they couldn't to repair a roof leak. I haven't had a chance to check if they fixed it. The field and park technically don't close, but after dark you will likely see the town homeless camped out on or under the bleachers or near the snackfood stand building. You can call the police, but they won't do anything because there's no where to put them where the town cares. They need to build a shelter in town if this gets worse."
