"I stopped by Max's for the first time this morning and hoped it would be a good experience because I just moved very near this store and needed a daily stop store for my new driving route. Unfortunately, LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE at the counter was there to guarantee I won't stop here unless I'm so desperate it is worth speaking to what might be the world's most miserable gas station attendant. She only speaks in one word phrases and one word questions and doesn't remove her face from a Neverending scowl mixed with duck lips. I wonder if she had this same demeanor in her interview or if she found it possible to come across as pleasant for the occasion. Fire this winner or you'll lose more customers for sure."

"The Internet says that they close at 10 PM, but the creature of a lady that was “ locking up“ decided that she was so done with work that she ignored me when I asked if they were closing until the third time. She treated me like I was stupid for not knowing they are closing time even though every single one has peeled off of their window sticker so there is no other way to tell but online. None of the pumps had any receipt paper and she decided that arguing with me and belittling me was the best course of action to resolve things. I have never met an employee so willfully rude and lazy. There are at least four or five other gas stations in that small area of cool Springs alone. I would run out of gas before coming back here."
