"I bought a pair of boots there. I just worn them twice and they got wrinkles everywhere. Besides, the material got all pushed in. I sent an email to Steve Madden and I was said I should talk to the manager on duty at the store where I bought them. I called the store and they said there was nothing they could do once I had worn the boots already. The boots were not cheap. I paid about $110 for them. I'm really disappointed. I'm never gonna spend my money there again. Neither at this store nor at Steve Madden. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!"
"The people work here is rude and very unprofessional, especially the guy name Brian. The worst customer service ever! They don’t let you return your shoes after you walk out of the store, even if the shoes is still new and clean. It’s not final sale either. But they returned for the person in front of me! This is definitely a DISCRIMINATION!! Don’t buy it from this place, go to other stores and the staff is way better!"
