"why can't you get anyone on the phone..when u ask to speak to someone the automated system hangs up on you..our govt. has the worst customer service ever.. and why after 5 years of me and my fililino wife being married do they now need more proof of our marriage, yet they are letting illegals in by the thousands and giving them money to do so..so sick of our govt. trying to find a reason to deny people status that are here legally and have done everything by the book and then rewarding those who come here illegally and giving them money for doing so..our immigration laws and branches of govt. are a absolute joke.."
"Today was my naturalization exam with officer Anemana A. I have passed the exam but I felt very stressed and nervous during my interview, I felt like I am being investigated for a crime. I had difficulty to understand him because of his accent, I had to ask him to repeat some questions several time, for each time I felt like him getting upset about it. The first question, I answered it wrong, and before he goes to the next question I corrected myself but at first he told me that he can not change my answer, which makes me very frustrated, then he repeated it and continued with the interview, at the end he did not tell me congratulations and even confused me about passing the exam, I only knew that I passed after reading the paper that he gave me at the end. I hope USCIS will see my comment and address the issue."
