"Several things have started breaking and we cannot get him to even respond, let alone come fix it. The majority of the things he did turned out great. But the ones that didn’t have been a huge issue for us. Just recently her closet drawers all collapsed on top of each other. Once again he will not respond to me about whether or not he’s willing and able to come fix it. I’ll add a photo of the closet drawers that collapsed. It would be great if he saw this and decided to come fix this stuff! He knows the list I’ve sent him!"
