"A spot for all things good. A wonderful surprise mall experience. Got to try a lot of things this time as we had 2 families to order and to eat for. Soup dumplings were crisp and clean. The 8 pack variety has something for everyone. Cucumbers i my opinion are better than the din tai fung cucumber appetizer. The hot flavors of the spicy dishes are reminiscent of Szechuan spices but not as pungent and in your face. Pork chop fried rice was amazing, savory. Green beans reduced spice was a good veggie to top us off."

"I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while now. I think Paradise Dynasty is just as good as Din Tai Fung. I am a vegetarian, and most dumpling houses do not offer vegan dumplings and vegan menu items, so the choices here were exceptional. Our server was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is quite large with a lot of tables. I would definitely come back again and try the different dishes. My son ordered the original Xiao Long Bao, which he thought was delicious. I ordered the Vegetable Won Ton in Chili Oil which was very good. I would definitely order this again. I also ordered the Stir Fried Noodles with Vegetables which was very flavorful and lots of taste. The Crispy Vegetable Spring Roll was good, nice & crispy. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch at Paradise Dynasty and look forward to the other dishes. Come hungry, though."

"I love coming to paradise dynasty when I’m at south coast plaza. The food here is always good and consistent. Our favorites are the pork soup dumplings, pork and shrimp chili dumplings, hot and sour soup, Hong Kong style beef, string beans, and cucumbers. Every time we get these items we are so happy with them. We always want more. The service is always really friendly and efficient. The wait can be a little long sometimes but if you come on a weekday you should be able to get in pretty quick. I like to sit at the bar if it’s open!"

"The service was mediocre. We waited about five minutes on Wednesday. The ambiance is very loud. Unfortunately, the photos on the menu looked larger and more appetizing than what the waiters brought to our table. The food was very bland. The Xiao long bao was extremely small compared to other dumplings restaurants we've visited in OC. The fried rice (both chicken and shrimp) lacked flavor. The only dish that saved this restaurant during our visit was the pork dumpling with hot chili vinaigrette. It actually had some flavor. This restaurant isn't worth the hype. There are many restaurants locally that provide flavorful Xiao long bao, fried rice, and varieties of dumplings."
