"Scrambled egg is 10/10 and the breakfast sandwich was 8.9/10 The atmosphere was amazing"
"Had an absolutely horrible experience here and basically got kicked out of the restaurant at 9:30 pm when their hours show as open until 11 pm every night. We didnt order our food until 9 pm and then by 9:30 pm while we were eating, they were mopping the floors with bleach and told us to leave. We mentioned to our waiter that it shows online that they are open until 11 pm and he said that is the Venice location and not Century City. The rude manager James came to our table and told us "That's it, wrap it up and get out". We were a group of 6 busy moms who hadnt seen each other in months and chose this place in the mall since we thought it was open the latest. We were standing outside and then saw their sign with their hours which said 11 pm. I went it to mention it to him and he basically said to get out. I called the restaurant the next day and spoke with Max who was very apologetic and said the manager would call me. I have emailed the manager twice now and have yet to hear back. Overpriced food and horrible service , no thank you."
"Had dinner here with some friends — it’s a beautiful location at the century city mall, beautiful interior and seating + table. Definitely a great place to catch up; the waiter was nice. The food was not great. We had fries to share for the table and first bite the fries were good but then realized they were sooo salty. Saltier than the normal fries. They were incredibly thin (which is okay, it’s like McDonald’s fries) but McDonald’s fries taste better than the fries we had. Some of the fries were also insanely small. The spicy mayo sauce was good though but the fries were overly salted. The dishes - my friends had the bowl, the mushroom pasta, and the sausage pizza. I had the burrata pizza. The presentation was good but right away you could tell the portion sizes were incredibly small. If you’re not hungry it might be the right size but it is a lot smaller than a normal dinner portion. We did ask the waiter how big the pizza was and in my head it was going to be a circle pizza cut up into 6 slices but he said they were “small bite sizes” — they really were. It felt more like an appetizer size, and it definitely isn’t enough food for one person. It’s pricey for the size and quality of the food. The pizza I had was over seasoned with paprika and spices, making it incredibly heavy flavored / salty. The bowl was also really salty, everything was salty / spicy and it wasn’t the best dining / tasting experience overall. Would not recommend this location — I would be open to trying the melrose location and other ones but this one was disappointing in terms of food/price satisfaction."
"Great dinner spot with a beautiful interior! All the appetizers were amazing but the dish that really surprised me was the fried artichoke, it was delicious! The cocktails were also fire! My main, which was the salmon was tasty but just a very big portion, would have been enough without the appetizers!"
"I stopped by on Thanksgiving, and they were in 2-3 places that opened, which I appreciate. I had a chance to experience with non-crowded atmosphere to take photos and have better views/options to choose where to sit. They have a bar area, plenty of seats inside, and many medium to high outdoor seating areas where you can see people walking or the front view of the mall. I ordered the smoked salmon sandwiches and a lavender latte but did not taste much of the lavender. The smoked salmon sandwiches were great, not too heavy, and quick to come out after ordering around 10 mins on a non-peak date of my visit. I tried this restaurant in the Newport Beach area, so I'm not sure how it works during peak times or how long the wait is in general."
