The fish ball soup is really good, one of the few places that actually has fish balls that taste like fish. The minced meat in the noodle and rice is a little inconsistent, sometimes good, other times salty. The steamed fish and stinky tofu are tasty dishes as well."

Although it wasn't busy, a notable feature was the sense of strong retention rates with many of their customers regulars and on a first-name basis. The food is authentic, with big portions and is extremely affordable. You can order a classic rice plate, noodle bowl, or dishes a la carte. Customization is fluid and easy. The menu is a little hectic at first glance, but easy to navigate once adjusted. It's good food, especially in the 626, but it's part of the bigger picture in the appeal. If you are looking for a good and affordable Taiwanese meal, no rush. If you're looking for authentic Taiwanese restaurant experience, well then you better on hurry."
