"Needed to put 2 gal in my gas can for lawn mower. At 2 gal the pump would not shut off, gas was pouring out on the ground. I ran inside and yelled to tenant who didn’t seem to concerned. A customer ran out and got it turned off. I went in and asked the tenant if she could refund my money except for the 2 gal. She said nothing I can do, manager said same thing to call the 800 number. 31.00 for 2 gal of gas and my new shoes soaked."

"Please teach your cashiers what an easy pay card is, how you have no idea what your own employer rewards card is is beyond me. It’s like asking for a Kroger card at Kroger smdh. The employee literally directed me to the GIFT CARDS, whew chile. I was able to get a card from the store across the street, which has the number 30 on the window. For the cashiers at location 35 this is an easy pay card."

"Absolutely AWFUL customer service. We had an issue with the car wash and requested a refund because the car wash would not work after we paid and the cashier, an older man with a snap back and glasses, cussed out my husband for no reason and acted like it was the end of the world that we needed assistance then refused to even try giving us a refund. Don’t know what it takes to get half decent customer service these days but I guess I’d be upset too if I was his age working at circle k so whatever. We contacted cooperate so hopefully they’ll get someone to set him straight immediately."

"I frequent this Shell/Circle K location for gas. Today, I paid for gas at the pump and in the process of making my selection, I accidentally added a $9.00 car wash. I clicked cancel and proceeded to pump gas. My receipt printed out and I was still charged for the car wash. I went inside to request a cancelation for the car wash. My request, by the manager, to cancel was declined. I did not use the car wash and left. I called the store manager to speak with her again and express how I didn't appreciate how she insinuated that I purposefully pressed the car wash button. She was very nasty while I was speaking with her and she cuts me off mid-conversation multiple times and asks me do I want corporate's number. I respond with a yes. She then tells me that I will have to come back to the store to get the number off of the door. I have never had a problem with this gas station location today and sadly, due to my experience with this manager, I don't see myself returning to give my business."

"Just stopped to get gas. Restrooms were dirty and the door lock broken. The cashier was very courteous although restrooms need attention."
