Days Inn by Wyndham Nashville Airport

"DO NOT STAY HERE ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌This is the most disgusting hotel that I had ever walked into. I went back to the front desk and I told the lady that I was not going to stay was there anything that I needed to do and she smiled and told me no. I left the hotel and I went across the street and got a clean room. This hotel now has a fraudulent charge against my credit card and is refusing to refund my money. I have never walked into such a filthy disgusting hotel room or been more disrespected by the people that work there and all the years that I have rented hotels. This is just to let you know do not get a room here. These people are theives. I am having to get a lawyer to fight with them over stealing money from me. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ No one connected with hotel is helping me. They are refusing to refund me even though the woman at the desk Jenny reports she knows I did not stay at this hotel. The general manager Harshal Patel is refusing to refund me. They reached out to Capital One and told them that they refused to refund me. Then they sent me documentation saying that they refunded me and Capital One said that that is a lie. Then I requested that the general manager reach out to Capital One to let them know that they refunded my money and he refused to do this. I am extremely disappointed in Wyndham for not resolving this. I have been fighting this for 5 months. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ This hotel is ran by thieves. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!"

"Perfect hotel for less 100$ per night in the Nashville area. Nothing to complain. Perfect for family. Safe area. Thank you and see you soon. I lost my backpack in the room. After a few hours I picked it up from reception. No safe concerns."

"My story about Customer service in this hotel goes like this. I forgot my watch in a room. When i called they told me they found it. They told me manager will call me and let me know about details of sending it to me. I waited for a week, nothing. Next week i had to call every day to finally get the manager who told me they will send it to me and that he will send me details of postal service costs. Another week i had to call there every day, and every day he told me, i am getting it that day. After a week, manager just says that he sent the watch. I found it suspicious that he sent it to me without letting me know about the costs. I waited for another two weeks and of course watch didn’t arrived. Looks like they got fed up with me calling and just decided to deal with me quickly. At least they could have lied from the beginning and tell me that they didn’t find the watch. I could write more comments i had on service, but i woill just say that there were minus stars for it i wouldn’t hesitate."

"Incredibly rude staff. I was disturbed twice in the morning within an hour. One of the staff members banged on the room door, and then let himself in before I could make it to the door, rudely asking me if the pants draped over the railing were mine, which they weren't. Also, when I went for breakfast around 8:00, there was basically 2 slices of bread, and some old cereal. The room was about what you'd expect for the price, but the people running this place are mean, and very very rude. I would've paid more to stay somewhere where I could relax, and not be treated so poorly. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had."

"The rooms weren't even cleaned, the bathroom was DISGUSTING, there were little crumbs of stuff under the sheets of the beds. Horrible experience overall. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone with standards."
