"My experience was less than satisfactory. When arriving to the establishment everyone was kind , maybe not certain of how to do the job. When given our total we were told a $50 fee was due , our family was supposed to be covering the rest of our stay. We were never given the total amount due. Nor were given a receipt with an amount provide to sign off on before swiping our card for payment. I swiped my card and no sooner as walking down the hall I was charged the full amount of the room and the extra $50. When returning to dispute within two minutes, I was told that they do not accept my credit card and which they had already swiped. I’m confident it’s because the certain cards they reject are the ones who notify you immediately what is charged to the card. I can only assume that they were going to charge me and then my in-laws as well when they arrived. I put this past me and considered it an accidental occurrence. Upon leaving my receipt had no record of the $50 charge I had incurred. I walked baked in to go over this … All of this, I would not even mention if had I not been reaching out to the hotel for an entire week to retrieve an item left behind by my mother-in-law. After 100 phone calls and no resolution I have been prompted to submit this review. Apparently by reading the other reviews, it’s the only way you can get a response from the manager at the establishment . We are principal people and the principal is , when I called and asked about a left item. I was told yes it’s at the desk. Then told by such attendant that they did not know how to direct me so to call back at a later time. And doing so I was prompted that the manager was in a meeting and left a message. Many days have passed with no callbacks and no response to the multiple phone calls I have made. Hang ups and multiple numbers tried . We had the joy of listening to an entire conversation of the staff trying to ignore a phone call assuming they didn’t realize they had not actually hung up when they were trying to hang up on us. On multiple occasions. Do not stay at this establishment, as to say the least it is the worst costumer service we have ever received . At the least say “ hey we don’t mail items left”. So going forward we will be notifying corporate and as I assume this is a franchise facility . Will take other measures to be certain this facility is held accountable for such actions ."
"I was there January 26th, 2024 with my granddaughter for her birthday because she wanted to get in the pool with her 2 friends. I was moved from one room because you could just push the door open without a key so I was moved for safety reasons. As I was transferring my things to the next room my daughter noticed a bed bug on the bed that we were moving from. I was asked by the front desk to show proof of it being a bed bug. So I emailed the proof to management and she said it looked like a stink bug and not a bed bug, so they've been waiting for pest control to check it out and as of today nothing has been resolved."
"I stay 2-3 days every week. For a few months now due to work. I exclusively stay at this hotel solely because of how well Mrs. D takes care of me. She is always a pleasure to work with and she makes sure everything is perfect and if not she makes sure it gets fixed. One person can make a big difference on a person's opinion of a hotel. God bless D and thanks for making this part of my week so much better."
"Great value. Clean, comfy and conveniently located. Friendly, helpful staff. Two small things: the shower curtains are too short, creating flood during shower. Showers are clean with good pressure. The hot tub was not hot, though it was warm and the heated pool was very nice."
"Great economy hotel by the airport. We stayed here one night before heading downtown for 3 nights. All we needed was a bed and bathroom after a late night flight. They didn’t disappoint, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom wasn’t all that nice but that didn’t matter for a one night stay. Staff was friendly, they have a minimal complimentary breakfast, a decent indoor pool and conveniently close to airport. It served our needs perfectly and I’d stay here again and recommend it."
