"I ordered the day before and was told the pizza would be ready by 2:30 the next day. I called before picking up the pizza at 2, and I was told the pizza was ready. When I got there I was told It was not ready and I waited 25 minutes. I was really upset because I was lied to.. Maybe if I order 2 days prior, maybe it'll be ready. Or maybe I just won't order!"
"Ordered 2 pepperoni cheesy breads. They didn't look at all like the commercials on TV and I counted 4-5 slices of pepperoni and 90 percent bread, maybe 10 percent cheese. I was not happy at all."
"Ordered online for curbside pickup , waited a long time for our food then I asked one of the delivery drivers where our order was , turns out someone else drove up and said they were me and stole our order. The manager was super nice and apologized over and over and remade our order super fast and then gave us a free 2 liter of soda and some killer brownies for free!! I drove away a happy camper! Good job charter way dominoes!"
