"The room smelled really bad, I can smell weed coming in from unknown place, The chair that they had the wheels on it were broken off the toilet did not flush. I even asked and nobody help. I complain to the front desk. They got mad at me for complaining. I would not recommend anybody staying at the ghetto place."

"I had to pick bits of broken beer bottle glass out of the carpet so the room was definitely not vacuumed prior to my arrival. Continental breakfast options were sparce and unappealing. Temperature control was perfect though and the room was quiet."

"This place was horrible! The front desk clerk was rude when I tried to switch rooms...their definition of a double is one bed so my daughter slept in the chair and it took an hour to get more bed sheets for her. The front desk clerk hung up on me. I tried to explain I was hard hearing. All I wanted was to change rooms and was willing to pay for the room change. The Mgr was going to but I was too tired by the time I talked to him at 11pm. It was our last night in Nashville and we had been up since 7am. Don't pick this hotel! Stay away! For the price I paid it was ridiculous! We traveled all the way from Texas!!!"

"Very small room, so the price should be cheaper. Very low toilets. Clean. Could not hook up hdmi from x box to TV. Good service. No hot meals for breakfast, just cereal and maybe muffins. Location, hard getting out of hotel due to oncoming traffic."

"DO NOT STAY HERE IT IS NOT WORTH RISKING YOUR LIFE! I have reported this place to the BBB for their abuse of customers and criminal negligence. This is the most unsafe terrifying motel I have ever stayed at and I’m not just talking about the people it attracts it’s the staff too!! The manager Smit threatened me to kick me out at 1 in the morning right after I had surgery (which was the point of my stay to recover) for asking him to extend my stay. One of the many things he said was “I don’t care if she told you $80 a night earlier it’s $280 now and you can ask her to take the rest out of her paycheck or I will throw you out right now” He was verbally abusive, to me and my nurse who was helping me through recovery. Disabled our door key so we couldn’t get in and out of our room just because I asked to extend my stay to recover. This man was a monster and scared us so bad I changed my flight to leave the very next morning to get as far away from his evil and that place as possible. I was simply asking him a question and he blew up. On top of that there were working girls right outside of our door all night. Drug deals happening in the parking lot and the room was disgusting beyond belief. Throw up in the sheets, holes in the floor and wall peeling off, the carpet was sticky. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!"
