"Today is December 9, 2023 around 9 AM I walk inside to buy a pack of cigarette and this short Indian lady, with a little earring in her nose was standing so I asked her politely are you on the line? She told me can’t you see what I am dressing? Can’t you see at my shirt that I work here i’m a type of person I don’t look how people they dress or what they are dressing, so I responded politely to her and I told her I don’t know if you work here or you don’t and I don’t have to look what you are dressing, and the other lady who sold me, the cigarettes, was polite, and she heard everything. For me, I will never come back to this gas station, there is plenty of other spots"
"The store manager from here is a joke, I’ve been coming here several times so I know most of the employees, including him. Perhaps he should get all his employees on the same page. Aside from him, all the other employees are cool and have way better customer service than he does. He didn’t have an issue before seeing a pic of the ID (after he’s already seen the psychical one more than once before). Sometimes I regret not making a big deal out of being sold spoiled milk that wasn’t expired yet. Good luck to the new employee that’s being trained"
"Today and after 9 years of being a frequent customer of this service station, I had the mistake of moving my car with the gasoline hose still attached to my car what had to happen happened, it came loose from a metal glue that I had At the top of the hose, it came loose, I tried to put it on but it was high so I just felt like a magnet hit it but you have to turn it to make it vacuum sealed and I couldn't do it, the manager of the gas station called me and when I thought he would say,"leave it like that, we'll fix it, it's not a big deal", he didn't ask me for my insurance or the option to pay more than $200, so I paid...1hr later i go there to get some water & sodas and they fixed already i think this they get more money from me..."
"Gas station with "out of service restroom" I used to be very good customer here. Buying gas, snacks, and drinks. They never had problem with restroom until this new female casier start working here. Really like to talk with owner if they change policy on restroom. Update : they do let restroom for public. Taking rest and playing scratch lotto ticket then manager comes ask me to leave because only allow 10 minutes in this location. Made me super uncomfortable when he said "I'm the manager here" so sorry I will only come do business here when u and homeless are not around your store. I did feel like he treated me like homeless."
