"My wife and I are proud owners of a new Honda Pilot from Music City Honda in Mt. Juliet. Andrew Perry was the salesman we worked with. He is very personable and displayed a genuine interest listening to our needs and meeting them. Andrew knows cars and has experience in the auto industry other than sales. After a quick visit Friday afternoon, research online, and determining which model and options we needed, we came back Monday afternoon to meet with Andrew. Andrew had our choice brought up for a test drive. Our trade in was being valued during the test drive. Andrew explains in depth all the bells and whistles on the test drive. The business part of the deal came next. Usually this part of the experience is the most dreaded. Not so for us. No pressure involved, we honed in on a price, got a fair value for our trade in and discussed financing options. Bottom line we were driving our beautiful new Honda Pilot home before dinner. "Purchased a used Honda Fit from this location. Their website listing stated that this was a certified pre owned vehicle. When we arrived, I asked for the inspection details and it became clear that it was not certified. Just some inspections they had done. Then they wouldn’t honor the price listed online - not just added fees, the based price was higher. It took 2 hours, threatening to leave (my wife did), and multiple “let me talk to my manager” to finally get them to honor the quoted price. And they kept adding on fee’s even though we didn’t want any of the extra warranties, etc. If we weren’t in a time sensitive need of a vehicle, we would have walked away. The final insult was when we walked out to the vehicle, only one of the key fob’s worked and they wouldn’t do anything. A completely horrible experience. Avoid this place."

"I had an unfortunate experience at a Honda service center at Music City Honda Dealership, which left me very much dissatisfied with their customer service. As a newcomer to the area, I attempted to schedule a car service appointment. However, the staff member, a dark haeded lady. I encountered was unprofessional, displaying a lack of courtesy and a somewhat bitter attitude. At first, I mistakenly assumed she was on the phone, only to realize she was actually addressing me. I’m very disappointed by the encounter. I decided to leave without proceeding further."
