"Staff in this store are always friendly and accommodating. Even if they are busy, they acknowledge the customer and have a friendly disposition. I want to share how happy I am when Carol assists me. Recently, she helped to price a project the company does for my church each year. She does everything she can to help with coupons and ways we can make adjustments that work within our budget. I recently had back surgery and still have quite a bit of pain when standing for long periods of time. The store was busy and she took responsibility to assist with the front end, even though that was not her scheduled department for the day. My project took a little longer to price, but she was thorough. I was not feeling well and she offered me a chair while I waited. I was not expecting that level of care and concern, however, I was grateful. This is not just her demeanor one time. Every visit that I make if she assists me, I know the service will be great. The other staff are also customer-focused, but Carol is special. She knows the products and makes great recommendations. I am not sure what her position is in the store, but I know she deserves a raise, a promotion, or some outward gesture that rewards her for her excellent customer service. This is very important to me, especially since it is so rare these days. Keep up the good work, and hire more like Carol. Thank you for the opportunity to share."
