"Big cockroach was the issue…All employees are nice and welcoming though. I generally never leave bad reviews. They did change my room, and ended up not being a bath, which for personal reasons I need. Ended up making the trip shorter and left early. As someone who travels a lot, and stayed at many hotels, I’ve wanted to switch over to Hilton for there points, but not sure now. Now, planning my next trip for work, I’m going to pass on this establishment. I was told I’d hear back for input on my stay and never did. Current workplace gives this hotel a ton of business. Bummer they didn’t follow up with issue…not the only one in the company that had this issue either."

"This location worked well. I’m a frequent business traveler and really like the home 2 set up. A lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast in the morning is provided and doesn’t disappoint. Really fun atmosphere thru the whole hotel. Gym can get a bit tight with more than 4 people. Other than that, a great spot."

"What a great stay. Best hotel experience in as long as we can remember. The staff were all very friendly, special thank you to Necole and Candy. The check in texts were a nice touch. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. Nice location. And the room cleaned and replenished with towels during the day, which doesn’t seem common anymore. Breakfast was very good! Love the availability of extra goods in the lobby if needed. They really seem to think of everything here to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Thank you for everything."

"Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a great location, very clean and updated. The lobby has games and the pool is well maintained. Breakfast was very fresh and enjoyable each morning. The room was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in town."

"We started this stay a little rough, the room we booked wasn’t available and we were also told we could check in early. However, they did upgrade us to two conjoining rooms for free and helped us with snacks for our toddler and were so very accommodating. The customer service was out of this world. We loved how sweet the front desk/ room inspector was. She even brought snacks up to our room for our exhausted two year old. The beds are so comfy and the breakfast is wonderful! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. They have customers for life in our family. Thank you so much to the front desk clerk with red hair and the manager Nate. We are so thankful."
